Under the umbrella project "Strengthening Project Management Skills through Youth Collaboration", activities in the form of two Youth Ambassadors Starters Programmes (YASPs) will be realized.
What is The Youth Ambassadors Starters Programme (YASP)?
What is the purpose of YASP?

To develop tangible project design
and implementation skills. -
To promote intercultural dialogue and
understanding among youth from diverse backgrounds. - To create a space for personal development.

To enhance participants' understanding of their
own culture and identity, as well as that of others. -
To develop leadership, communication skills, and a strong
sense of social responsibility and community engagement. - To encourage active citizenship and social responsibility.
Where does it take place?
Two mobility activities in the form of two Youth Ambassador Starter Programmes (YASPs) will be implemented. One YASP will be held in Germany, whilst the other will take place in Türkiye. Depending on the location, national and local civil society organisations and political decision-makers will be involved. The YASPs will be developed based on our association’s vast experience in organizing similar exchanges. Both YASPs will engage German and Turkish youth who aim to be active members of their communities and seek opportunities for intercultural learning within youth organisations.
Who are the partners in YASP?
Within the partnerships of Jugendbotschafter e. V., Anlayış için Gençlik Derneği and PASCH Alumni Türkiye; this Erasmus+ project brings together participants between the ages of 18 and 30, living in Türkiye and Germany, who share a passion for addressing common societal issues, embrace intercultural interactions and believe in the potential for improvement through cooperation.
